By accessing AuditSentinel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
AuditSentinel grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our automated audit engine. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, bypass security protocols, or use the service for any unlawful financial activity.
AuditSentinel uses advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to classify spend and identify risk.
Fees are billed based on your selected Enterprise or Audit tier. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. AuditSentinel reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
We stand behind the value of our audits. If an AuditSentinel Professional Audit does not identify at least 2x your investment (minimum £1,000) in redundant, high-risk, or shadow AI spend, you are entitled to a full refund of your audit fee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditSentinel and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Leeds, UK.
